‘Root Cause’ Resources

At the heart of many (perhaps even most) diseases and health conditions is a root cause. The root cause is often viruses and/or bacteria. You may not have even thought of this but it is important to consider all possibilities on your quest for better health. Some of these may sound obscure but they are much more common than you can imagine – and there are many others not listed here. Knowledge on this issue is slim and not every causative factor has an awareness organization behind it.

National CMV Foundation :: Cytomegalovirus is the most common cause of birth defects and childhood disabilities in the United States and the leading cause of cerebral palsy. Your baby is at greater risk if you’ve never been infected.

Chronic Epstein Barr Virus Support :: Most of us know this as mononucleosis or “the kissing disease.” But did you know that once you are infected with EBV it never leaves your body? People with EBV have weakened immune systems that put them at risk for other co-infections.

HHV-6 Foundation :: HHV-6 may be responsible for neurological conditions, transplant complications, hypersensitivity, colitis/diarrhea, auto-immune diseases, cancer and more. Can cause problems along with HHV-7.

Hughe’s Syndrome Foundation :: If you suffer from recurrent miscarriages, please investigate this as a possible cause. This is primarily a clotting disorder but can also cause headaches, memory issues, dizziness, blotchy skin, fatigue and other symptoms in anyone.

SV40 Foundation :: With the polio vaccine came this cancer-causing simian virus, which causes latent infection and cancer in humans. The Baby Boomer generation are affected, as are many of their offspring. In fact, SV40 has been reported in polio vaccines as late as 1997. It is something to pay attention to because the theory goes that if a cancerous tumor is a SV40 tumor, standard cancer treatments will actually make things worse.
