A great summer favorite for me is a fresh salad, prepared with high quality organic ingredients. Gluten-Free Summer Strawberry Bread
I love summer when fresh berries are in season. Strawberries are packed with nutrients, giving you vitamin C, fiber, manganese, potassium, folate and antioxidants.
